LeadHERship in ’26 Is Our New Community Cause

Advancing Leadership, Career, Business and Community Opportunities for Young Women in South Jersey

A leadership conference next summer, partnerships with South Jersey nonprofit organizations that advance young women and opportunities for Bovio Rubino Service team members to get involved are all part of “LeadHERship in ’26.”

Bovio Rubino Service is a Voorhees, New Jersey headquartered residential HVAC and plumbing company led by President Angela Rubino Hines. After being named one of the “Top 12 Women in HVAC” nationally by ACHR News in 2025, Hines, also Mom to two young women, was inspired to focus the company’s 2026 community cause on opportunities for young women in South Jersey.

Every year since 2023, Bovio Rubino Service has championed a different community cause. After focusing on youth sports in 2025, animal awareness and protection in 2024 and hunger relief in 2023, “LeadHERship in ‘26” advances opportunities for young women through leadership development, career readiness, entrepreneurship and community betterment.

I’ve had excellent mentors and role models along the way. “LeadHERship in ’26” is a way to give back and inspire the next generation of leaders right here in South Jersey where we live and where our customers live.”

Exposure to Careers, Entrepreneurship, Community Betterment and Personal Wellness

South Jersey Rising Junior and Senior High School Young Women are Encouraged to Apply

Voorhees, New Jersey – April 1, 2026 – Young women going into their junior and senior years of high school who are thinking about their futures are encouraged to apply to attend the 2026 Bovio Rubino Service Young Women’s Leadership Conference on Wednesday, July 15 in Voorhees.

The application to attend the Young Women’s Leadership Conference is now live and available through Friday, May 1 by midnight. The Conference is part of “LeadHERship in ’26,” this year’s Bovio Rubino Service community cause which “seeks to advance the opportunities of young women through career readiness, entrepreneurship, community betterment and a personal health and wellness mindset.”

Speakers, workshops and discussions are part of the one-day Conference in July. The opportunity to present an original idea that betters the community after the Conference will be presented to the Conference attendees.

Investing in young women is an idea close to the heart of Bovio Rubino Service president Angela Rubino Hines, a Mom of two young women and a leader amongst very few women in the HVAC and Plumbing service industry. In 2025 Hines was named one of the country’s “Top 12 Women in HVAC” by ACHR News. While she’s humble about the success she has achieved it inspires her to encourage the next generation of women leaders.
