We were having issues with our new unit, so it was unusual and confusing. Ricardo talked me through it on the phone before he came out so he really understood what was going on before he came, then in a series of 2 more visits he diagnosed the problem and spent all day making sure it was fixed so we had our AC back in a heat wave.
