Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer (CFAD)
Not all HVAC contractors are able to become Carrier Dealers, as Carrier insists on the highest level of knowledge and expertise from their dealers. And only a small percentage of that pool of exclusive dealers has what it takes to achieve CFAD status: a dedication to continued training, customer satisfaction, and doing the job right the first time.
NATE-Certified Technicians
NATE-certified technicians need to pass rigorous testing to earn their certification. In order for them to be able to pass that testing, they must be continually trained and be technically proficient in heating and air conditioning installation and service.
BPI Accredited Contractor
BPI Accreditation shows that we are not “just another HVAC contractor." BPI Accredited contractors look at your entire house as the system that it is, and take into account how the HVAC system interacts with your entire home, to ensure you optimal comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

Top Woman in HVAC
Angela Rubino Hines, president of Bovio Rubino Service was one of 12 women recognized in 2025 as leaders in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry by ACHR News, a leading trade publication. Hines’ exceptional business performance and lasting industry impact earned her this distinction. She was recognized for raising the standard for workplace culture and professional excellence in the HVAC industry.

The Sun Newspapers in New Jersey recognizes 40 amazing women who have made a big difference in their fields. This special recognition is part of Women’s History Month and celebrates the achievements of these incredible local women who have paved the way for others. PSE&G Trade Ally Award
Helping residential customers reduce their overall household energy usage is the goal behind the New Jersey electric utility PSE&G HVAC Instant Rebate and Whole Home Energy Solutions (WHES) programs. Bovio Rubino Service has been a PSE&G Trade Ally for many years, helping homeowners secure rebates and financing for heating and cooling upgrades. In 2025, we were named a Top Performing Trade Ally for the third time.
Home Performance with Energy Star Award Winner
The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) program fosters exceptional energy efficiency and whole-home upgrades. The program honors leading contractors and sponsors who achieve exceptional levels. Bovio Rubino has been recognized 5 times.
Energy Efficiency Champion Award
The Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance (KEEA) and the Energy Efficiency Alliance of New Jersey honor leaders who advance energy efficiency policies and programs in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2025, Bovio Rubino received the Energy Efficiency Champion Award for its efforts to prioritize energy efficiency.
