Angela Rubino Hines is a National “Top Woman in HVAC”

She’s One of 12 Women Recognized as Leaders in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry

Voorhees, New Jersey – October 7, 2025 -- Angela Rubino Hines, president of Bovio Rubino Service, a standout, award-winning, independent HVAC and plumbing service company headquartered in Voorhees, New Jersey is a 2025 Top Woman in HVAC.

Hines is one of 12 women working in the HVAC industry recognized by ACHR News, a leading trade publication for more than 75 years. The award program was sponsored by Women in HVACR, a nonprofit dedicated to the growth of women in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) industry.

“As a business owner in an industry whose workforce is less than two percent women, I make uplifting other women and seeking opportunities to give back, a priority,” Hines said. “I also thank my incredible team members who make our customers’ comfort in their homes a priority every day.”

Hines received her award in Las Vegas at the 2025 HVACR annual conference. The 12 recognized women are all movers and shakers who drive their businesses to success, advance the HVAC industry and positively impact surrounding communities.

As one of just 12 honorees nationwide, Hines’ exceptional business performance and lasting industry impact earned her this distinction. She raises the standard for workplace culture and professional excellence in the HVAC industry.

Hines’ mentorship of young professionals, regular speaking engagements and contributions to the Air Conditioning Contractors of America New Jersey Chapter (NJ-ACCA) — of which she is a founding member and served as board president for 12 years — also help shape New Jersey’s HVAC industry while supporting the next generation of trade professionals.

Bovio Rubino Service is also a differentiator in the industry, remaining independent with more than 65 team members and 50 service vehicles, running its own in-house Training Center and adopting an annual community cause.
