Bovio Rubino Service, a full-service South Jersey HVAC and Plumbing service company, delivered youth sports equipment to the Gloucester County Boys and Girls Clubs on Tuesday, June 10. The donations will help 150 children build confidence, teamwork and leadership skills at the two Gloucester County Boys and Girls Clubs locations in Glassboro and Paulsboro this summer.

To collect youth sports equipment, Bovio Rubino Service organized a company-wide youth sporting goods drive. The effort was part of its 2025 community outreach initiative, Game Changers in ’25, which promotes the physical and mental benefits of youth sports such as agility, confidence, teamwork and leadership.

“Regular participation in sports and other activities like music and arts helps children grow,” said Angela Rubino Hines, Founder and President of Bovio Rubino Service. “Being in a group or on a team requires cooperation and communication, these are lifelong skills with benefits far beyond childhood. Our team members have embraced this community cause.”

Bovio Rubino Service is a 50-year-old full-service HVAC and plumbing company. Beginning with hunger relief in 2023 followed by animal awareness and protection in 2024, each year the firm selects a different community cause to support with sponsorships, team member donation drives and volunteering.

South Jersey Rising Junior and Senior High School Young Women are Encouraged to Apply

Voorhees, New Jersey – April 1, 2026 – Young women going into their junior and senior years of high school who are thinking about their futures are encouraged to apply to attend the 2026 Bovio Rubino Service Young Women’s Leadership Conference on Wednesday, July 15 in Voorhees.

The application to attend the Young Women’s Leadership Conference is now live and available through Friday, May 1 by midnight. The Conference is part of “LeadHERship in ’26,” this year’s Bovio Rubino Service community cause which “seeks to advance the opportunities of young women through career readiness, entrepreneurship, community betterment and a personal health and wellness mindset.”

Speakers, workshops and discussions are part of the one-day Conference in July. The opportunity to present an original idea that betters the community after the Conference will be presented to the Conference attendees.

Investing in young women is an idea close to the heart of Bovio Rubino Service president Angela Rubino Hines, a Mom of two young women and a leader amongst very few women in the HVAC and Plumbing service industry. In 2025 Hines was named one of the country’s “Top 12 Women in HVAC” by ACHR News. While she’s humble about the success she has achieved it inspires her to encourage the next generation of women leaders.

“We look forward to investing in young women this year at our Conference, through creative programs with our team members and through partnerships with nonprofit organizations. ‘LeadHERship in ’26’ is our way of giving back and inspiring the next generation of women leaders right here in South Jersey where we live and where our customers live.”
