- Service reminder
Silver Plan
- 21-point system check-up
- Two maintenance visits per year with service reminders
- Priority service, regardless of heavy call volume
- Discounted service call and repair charges
Gold Plan
- Everything in the Silver plan, plus:
- Check-ups that meet advanced ENERGY STAR recommendations
- Complimentary burner cleaning (a $165 value)
- Complimentary condenser coil cleaning (a $115 value)
Platinum Plan
- Everything in the Gold plan, plus:
- Fully covered service call and repair charges
- Complimentary full condensate flush (a $112 value)
- Standard water heater service
